Dr. John Kopp grew up in Neillsville, a small town in central Wisconsin. Initially, he attended university to become a history teacher. However, a year before graduating, he joined the United States Army as a PATRIOT missile operator.
During his time in the Army, Dr. John earned an Associate’s Degree in Social Psychology and a Bachelor’s in History, graduating Cum Laude. After completing his military service, he pursued his studies at Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa, graduating in June 2016.
Dr. John has worked in and volunteered in several countries, including Cambodia, the Dominican Republic, Ecuador, Haiti, and the United States. He is a board-certified, licensed chiropractor in his home state of Wisconsin.
In 2018, Dr. John was offered a job in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, where he worked for two years. Upon returning to the United States, he decided to open a chiropractic office in Siem Reap, recognizing the need for non-surgical and non-drug treatments. His approach focuses on addressing underlying issues rather than masking pain with medication.
In his practice, Dr. John works with two Khmer translators.
